Objective:

Do water trials on drying apparatus.

What is the drying apparatus?

Drying Apparatus is device used to interpret drying pattern for a substrate. The Drying apparatus interprets following things,

1. Humidity of inlet air
2. Temperature of inlet air
3. Airflow
4. Humidity of outlet air
5. Temperature of outlet air
6. Real time weight loss in substrate

I did experiment on water on 5th DEC’18. On drying apparatus i did 5 experiments from 5th to 10th DEC’18. Experiment details,

1. Water Weight: 20 ml,
   Outside Temperature(C): 28, Set Temperature(C): 30
2. Water Weight: 20 ml,
   Outside Temperature(C): 28, Set Temperature(C): 35
3. Water Weight: 10 ml,
   Outside Temperature(C): 25, Set Temperature(C): 40
4. Water Weight: 10 ml,
   Outside Temperature(C): 23, Set Temperature(C): 45
5. Water Weight: 20 ml
   Outside Temperature(C): 29, Set Temperature(C): 50

Conclusion:

It was not working well. The heater was not heating properly.

Note down all problem related to hardware and software of drying apparatus and do related changes.
