Objective:
The objective for this trial was to collect data and process on it.
Minimize drying time and adding support to open dryer.
Procedure:
This batch started on 17th JAN’19. The procedure followed as follows,
- Take 3.5 kg sawdust.
- Mix 11 liter water in sawdust.
- Leave the mixture for half an hour.
- After that do the weight of it.
- Take 10 gm sample for LOD.
- distribute wet sawdust on each plate.
- As follows, Plate One- 1 kg, Plate Two- 1.5 kg, Plate Three- 2 kg, Plate Four- 2.4 kg, Plate Five-2.6 kg, Plate Six- 2.6 kg.
- Note down the time when the batch was loaded.
- From south and north take samples.
Conclusion:
We got data after that we processed it and we got drying patterns which show sawdust is dried in 40 hours.
Next Plan:
Minimize plate weight.
